Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with [Your Company Name], a registered travel and tour operator offering services in Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Booking and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of [specify percentage or amount] per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip.

Cancellation Policy

- More than 30 days before departure: Deposit only
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost
- Please note: Some destinations such as Bhutan and Tibet may have stricter cancellation policies due to government regulations or permit processes. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly.
Changes and Amendments
If you wish to make changes to your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, additional costs may apply.
The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to weather, political conditions, flight delays, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they possess a valid passport, visa, travel permits, and necessary vaccinations before travel.
Our company will assist with the arrangement of Bhutan and Tibet travel permits where applicable.
Health and Fitness
Participants should be in good health and capable of completing the activities on the chosen itinerary.
Any medical conditions must be declared at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we deem a traveler unfit for the journey.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, evacuation, and loss of belongings is mandatory for all participants. Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
Risk and Responsibility
Traveling in mountainous and remote regions such as Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet involves certain risks. By joining our tours, you acknowledge these risks and agree that [Your Company Name] and its representatives will not be liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to property
- Delays or interruptions caused by weather, political unrest, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen events beyond our control

Flight Delays and Cancellations
In case of flight cancellations or delays due to weather or technical reasons (common on mountain routes such as Lukla, Jomsom, Paro, or Lhasa), clients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred (accommodation, meals, or transport).
We will assist in rearranging your schedule wherever possible.

We respect your privacy and ensure that personal information provided for booking will be used solely for tour arrangements and official requirements.
Complaints and Feedback
If you have any complaint during your trip, please notify your guide or tour leader immediately so that we can resolve it promptly.
